How do Republicans come to believe they speak for all the American people? Is it their resounding election successes in 2008? Or is it their beloved echo chamber that fools them into believing that anything repeated more than three times must be true?

Susceptibility to easy outrage is no replacement for actual dialog and thoughtful compromise. Get with the program guys! Screaming louder does not make you more patriotic than the rest. Nor does it transform fiction to fact! Don't expect respect for your thoughts and ideas if you cannot respect those of others.
