The Maryland Department of Transportation is reporting that two of four southbound lanes on I-95 in Cecil County, one travel lane and the shoulder, are being affected by an accident.
The incident is just south of exit 109 — Elkton Newark Road — and is just a bit east of the Delaware line.
The Maryland Transportation Authority is tweeting that the accident involves an overturned tractor trailer, and has resulted in a backup of about two miles. Motorists should expect delays, the MTA advises.
