A hefty sentence

The news: Former Prince George's County Executive Jack Johnson, who turned his office into a giant pay-to-play scheme, was sentenced to seven years in prison. Our take: Good luck to Mr. Johnson's successor, Rushern Baker, who is trying to clean up the mess in Prince George's. It's going to be tough to restore public trust after an administration that was this blatantly corrupt.
