I think Maryland State owes The Baltimore Sun a finder's fee ("Tax breaks end for many," Jan. 20).
The Sun uncovered the incorrect property tax credits for houses in Baltimore City. I guess with only 80,000 state workers there was no one willing or able to write a very simple program to discover the same results.
