The facts in your recent editorial about the so-called "rain tax" are very selective ("The bogus 'rain tax' repeal," Nov. 21).
You mention that Baltimore County's fee is $39 a year on average, but you fail to mention Baltimore City's rate.
I have a single-family home on 6,300 square feet of land, and according to the city I am in Tier 3 and owe $120 per year based on my impervious area.
There is a property in Roland Park that has 19,000 square feet, more than three times the size of mine, and it is also a Tier 3 assessed at $120 per year. New math its great.
