I wish the Baltimore City Council luck with its plastic bag bill ("Bag it, City Council," Nov. 11). Hope it works out better than the gun laws in effect.
How many gun laws are there? Yet there are multiple killings almost daily in Baltimore. Laws are easily made but not as easy to enforce.
