Maybe it is true that religious freedom laws don't promote discrimination. Still, laws should not enable discrimination either.
Opponents of gay marriage, happily present at the Indiana Religious Freedom Restoration Act private signing ceremony, surely felt that they were being enabled to differentiate rights in any way they saw fit.
If the "war for gay rights is over" then the war for religious freedom is over too. I understand the inequities of both and I am not ready to abandon either battle.
