I guess the group at The Baltimore Sun who picked Larry Hogan as Marylander of the Year ("Marylander of the Year: Larry Hogan," Dec. 28) are pretty proud of themselves. They have shown that they are as dumb as the group who gave President Barack Obama the Nobel prize for peace before he did anything, and there is less peace in the world today.
