With your editorial "Bogus 'rain tax' repeal'" (Nov. 21), the Hogan-bashing has begun.
After eight years of providing cover for and promoting an unpopular agenda, The Sun will now begin an onslaught of criticism regarding Governor-elect Larry Hogan's plan to clean up the O'Malley-Brown mess.
