The consequence of Larry Hogan's election as governor is that now Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller and House of Delegates Speaker Michael E. Busch will go into stupid mode like they did when Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. was governor. Maryland deserves better than what these two obstructionists will prove to be.
