I am trying to figure out how spending enough money to win an election warrants the title of Marylander of the Year ("Marylander of the Year: Larry Hogan," Dec. 28). Is there not a single Marylander who deserves this title by actually accomplishing something? Don't get me wrong I wish the best for Gov.-elect Larry Hogan and hope he can carry out his promises and do right by all of Maryland. But as of right now all he has done is made promises. He has done nothing yet to be recognized as Marylander of the Year. It is my sincerest hope that he earns the title in 2015.
This headline and article make it appear that The Sun is simply going to be a mouthpiece for the Hogan administration. And that disappoints me greatly.
