The article, "Health exchange enrolls over 100,000 people" (Dec. 17), was informative, and I hope reporter Meredith Cohn has a follow up.
There are lots of numbers in the article but not enough to answer the question: So just how much did it cost for each enrollment? And if it took another $5 million on the contract just to keep the navigators working for a few more days through open enrollment, then how much has it cost in total to help people through a process the website was supposed to make easy?
Why do I get the feeling the taxpayers get ripped off more every time the website announces its success?
