Health site has political overtones

The Maryland Health Connection website is certainly much improved from its original debut, but why has it been politicized ("With Obamacare, health insurance leads to better health," Nov. 18)? The prominent heading on the exchange is "Change is here" echoing President Barack Obama's campaign promise of change.

At the bottom of the website is a link to register to vote. Why? This is a health care related website. Ought there not to be health care related links such as a link to smoking cessation programs or women's health resources? Why is there a link to register to vote? Is Gov. Martin O'Malley trying to buy votes with health insurance tax credits?
