How to spend $25m on Ebola

I note that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife have gifted $25 million to fight the Ebola epidemic. I have a great plan for part of the money. Since the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has failed so far, I think we should give $10 million to Doctors Without Borders. In exchange, they will send to the U.S. their best team to manage the Ebola mess in this country since they have the most experience of anyone to deal with Ebola.

In addition, we need to set up a regional system of hospitals to receive any future Ebola patients. There is no way thousands of hospitals across this nation can be trained to handle Ebola or any future type of contagion of this magnitude. We do have a governor's association where all governors can get together to set this up. All that is really lacking is leadership. Man up!
