Dulaney High's condition makes it unsafe

As a parent campaigning to renovate Dulaney High School (see Friends of Dulaney on Facebook), I was shocked at the statement made by administrators: "No building is in such poor condition that it is considered unsafe" ("Four-year plan calls for major upgrades for schools," Dec. 29) That statement is simply false. I invite this administrator to tour Dulaney High School with parents and students who can offer endless safety concerns. For example, we have a buzzer system to enter the front door, yet on the numerous warm days, there are ground level windows wide open due to no air conditioning. Thank you to The Baltimore Sun for recognizing our dangerously failing facility.
