A Mass of Christian burial for William "Bill" Toohey, the former Baltimore County Police Department spokesman who died Thursday at 69, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 1727 Lynch Road in Dundalk. The family will receive friends Sunday and Monday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road.
