Sunday evening will see a chance of thunderstorms until 11 p.m., with the National Weather Service warning of scattered showers through 2 a.m. Monday and patchy fog into the morning.
Monday and Tuesday will be slightly humid in Baltimore, with temperatures in the low to mid 80s, according to the NWS. Meteorologists predict a slight chance of pop-up thunderstorms, but overall, the weather will be sunny and fair. Chance of rain will increase Wednesday afternoon.
Skywatchers can look out for Mars, Jupiter and Saturn, which reaches opposition to the Sun on Wednesday of this week. That means June 27 is the best day of the year to view the planet, which will appear brighter and bigger in the night sky than unusual, and will rise when the Sun sets.
