Mexicans pay their respects to the dead with "Dia de los Muertos" celebrations

Mexican families kicked off their Day of the Dead celebrations on Oct. 31, 2018 with large, colorful parades in traditional outfits and skull makeup. The annual Mexican celebration, known as "Dia de los Muertos" and is held through November 2, honors family and other loved ones who have died with parades, parties and trips to the cemetery to visit graves.
