Health exchange flop shows O'Malley is ready for Washington [Letter]

So, Rebecca Pearce was given five pay raises by the O'Malley administration while leading a failed health insurance exchange and spending millions of taxpayer dollars in the process ("Former Md. health exchange director given five wage increases," Feb. 7).

This should give Mr. O'Malley an additional incentive to run for president, since he is demonstrating the traits necessary for success in Washington: Hold no one accountable, reward incompetence and move the goal posts as necessary to redefine success.
