If a picture is worth a thousand words, your photo of a Baltimore Housing Department car booted by the city Transportation Department speaks volumes about life in our beloved Baltimore ("Nobody's safe," Oct. 27).
The photo is pure poetry. It could be the centerpiece of a new, self-deprecating city marketing campaign — "Goodbye Charm City, Hello Chaos City!"
The least we can do is put a humorous spin on a city that's always shooting itself in the foot. Maybe that way we can start attracting people back to Baltimore again — at least the ones with a very good sense of humor.
