9. (7) Mt. Hebron (2-3 county, 4-4 overall)

The Vikings played one game this week due to the rain, and unfortunately their only matchup was against county-leaders, Atholton. Mt. Hebron didn’t have its best game against the Raiders – giving up a score early and looked at a one-goal hole heading into halftime. The Vikings defense had trouble limiting their opposition and eventually went down with the, 3-0, loss. Its been a rough stretch for Mt. Hebron, losing three of its last four games, while also getting shutout in each of those defeats. The Vikings looked impressive to start the season and with the talent they have, along with the intensity they play with, all they need is to pick up a key win to get back on track. A prime opportunity to do just that is in their next matchup against Centennial. Up next: Tuesday, Oct. 4 versus Centennial.
