Howard County

Gorman Road, 10500 block, 9:30 p.m. Sept. 12. Suspect came to victim's house and called, saying he was outside and wanted to fight. Suspect pounded on victim's front door. Later, rear sliding door discovered shattered. No entry gained.

Bourbon Street, 9100 block, between 11:15 and 11:53 a.m. Sept. 12. Entry gained to apartment by prying open front door. Bedroom ransacked. Laptop and Blu-ray player stolen. TV and remote moved to front door, but not stolen.

Bridle Path Lane, 9200 block, 12:31 p.m. Sept. 8. Officers gained entry and rescued trapped dog. Attempts to notify owner unsuccessful, dog turned over to animal control. Officers responded for similar report Sept. 6, but found no animal in house.
