Les Charmante Social and Civic Club of Harford County celebrated its 60th anniversary on Sept. 8 at Vandiver Inn in Havre de Grace. Henrietta A. Burnett, president of the organization, thanked the attendees for continuous support of their scholarship fund a well as community programs.
