Barbara Carter and Matthew Byrd were married on May 25 at the Havre de Grace Community Center. Carter is the daughter of Alfred and Maggie Carter of New Jersey. Byrd is the son of Joyce Byrd of Havre de Grace and the late Earl Byrd. The newlyweds have a honeymoon planned for later this summer.
