Two sought in Harford in connection with use of stolen credit card

The Harford County Sheriff's Office is seeking two people in connection with the theft of a wallet from a customer at a Bel Air area restaurant in November.

The sheriff's office believes a stolen credit card that was in the wallet was used to make several purchases totaling more than $1,500 at local stores.

The theft of the wallet occurred in the crowded bar area of the DuClaw Brewing Company off of Bel Air South Parkway around 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13, according to a sheriff's office news release.

Using security camera footage for stores where the stolen credit card was used, the sheriff's office has identified three suspects whom it believes "fraudulently used the victim's credit cards at the local stores," according to the news release.

One suspect is described as black female about 5'10" tall with long braids. A second suspect is a black male who was wearing a cap in the security footage.
