The Greater Havre de Grace Outdoor Nativity Challenge gets under way next week, sponsored by the Susquehanna Ministerium.

Residences and businesses are asked to display an outdoor nativity scene between Monday, Dec. 12, and Sunday, January 8.

The purpose of the Nativity Challenge is to help remind everyone to keep Christ in Christmas.

Nativity Challenge awards will be presented Dec. 26 at 2 p.m. at St. Patrick Church, 615 Congress Ave., during the 13th annual Christmas Open House of Historic Havre de Grace Churches which is also held Dec. 26.
