Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Kyle Andrew Reed, 21, of the 600 block of North Gate Road, was arrested Tuesday on two bench warrants in cases in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Aberdeen police report:

Malcolm Jarell Lassiter, 23, of the 4500 block of Perkins Place in Belcamp, was charged Wednesday with stealing or selling a regulated firearm, altering identification numbers on firearm, illegally having handgun in vehicle and possession of a firearm with a felony conviction.

Donald Fitzgerald Taylor Jr., 18, of the first block of Liberty Street, was charged Wednesday with failure to obey a lawful police order.

Police responded to reports of makeup and prescription drugs stolen from Ollie's Bargain Outlet, in the first block of Aberdeen Shopping Plaza, on Wednesday.

Police responded to reports of someone taking money from a purse in the bathroom of Aberdeen Library, in the first block of Franklin Street, on Wednesday.

Police responded to reports of a woman shoplifting from Walmart, in the 645 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Wednesday.

Police responded to reports of three boys taking a bicycle from a home in the 400 block of Woodcrest Drive on Wednesday.

A caller in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue told police Wednesday the guardian of her child is breaking her windows.

A caller in the 300 block of Woodland Green Court told police someone stole a GPS unit and laptop from a vehicle Wednesday.

A caller in the 200 block of West Bel Air Ave told police someone stole a phone and medicine Saturday.

Police responded to reports of a woman being attacked by another woman at Villa Café, in the first block of Aberdeen Shopping Plaza, on Tuesday.

Police responded to reports of someone taking a purse from a bag at Walmart, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Tuesday.

A caller in the 700 block of Custis Street told police Tuesday someone stole a bicycle from a backyard and also broke the glass in a storm door.

Police responded to reports of someone stealing credit cards from a room at Clarion Hotel, in the 900 block of Hospitality Way, on Tuesday.

Bel Air

Juan Hernandez Martinez, 27, of the first block of Atwood Road, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving without required license and authorization.

Belcamp

Russell Kurt Jacobs, 26, of the 1200 block of Independence Square, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with two counts of vandalism less than $500, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Baldwin

Chad William Martz, 22, of the 2700 block of Raynham Court, was charged Tuesday with possessing or distributing drug equipment used to administer drugs and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edgewood

Samuel T. Chenoworth, 79, of the 3400 block of Seabrook Court, was charged Wednesday with two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault and two counts of reckless endangerment.

Darnell Dwayne Dickerson, 22, of the 2900 block of Siwanoy Drive, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana and litter or dumping less than 100 pounds.

Jessica Lynn Pacinski or Parcinski, 23, with addresses in the 700 block of Stanford Court, the 1100 block of Clover Valley Way and the 1700 block of South Atwood Road in Bel Air, was charged Wednesday with two counts of obtaining a prescription by fraud, two counts of obtaining prescription by altering order, two counts of obtaining prescription by making forgery and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Antshonn Martin, 37, of the 2400 block of Willoughby Beach Road, was charged Wednesday with violating a protection order.

Michelle Jeannette Oliver, 44, of the 200 block of Oak Street, was arrested June 27 on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with seven zoning violations in connection with storing untagged or inoperable vehicles outside on an agricultural lot in Joppa without an approved six-month storage zoning certificate in violation of Harford County Code.

Forest Hill

Joshua Lee Davidson, 22, with addresses in the 1900 block of Esther Court and at the Harford County Detention Center in Bel Air, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while impaired by controlled dangerous substances.

Havre de Grace

Krystal A. McReynolds, 25, of the 2100 block of Pulaski Highway, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Havre de Grace police report:

Lisa Lynn Mattoon, 30, of the 100 block of Deaver Street, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant from theMontgomery County Sheriff's Office inPennsylvania.

Police responded to reports of a fight between a man and woman in the 100 block of Concave Way on Wednesday.

Joppa

Lewis Bradford Turner, 56, of the 600 block of Dembytown Road, was charged Wednesday with theft less than $100.

Kingsville

Justin Robert Fischer, 21, whose last known address was in the 8200 block of Greenhouse Lane, was charged July 1 with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of theft less than $1,000 and theft scheme between $1,000 and $10,000. Fischer allegedly admitted to breaking into several homes in Harford County, including the home of Maria Kraus who told police she lives each day in fear that someone will break into her home and left her job because of that fear, according to charging documents.

White Hall

David Samuel Miller, 22, of the 3000 block of White Hall Road, was charged Tuesday with negligent driving, reckless driving, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, unsafe lane change, failure to drive right of center, following too closely, driving off roadway while passing a vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to yield right of way on left turn, making prohibited u-turn on crest, failure to reduce speed on crest, failure to reduce speed on curve, failure to reduce speed when approaching railroad crossing, failure to make required stop at signal, failure to give required signal of intention to turn, two counts of attempting to elude police by means other than failing to stop or running away, attempting to elude police by failing to stop, failure to drive to curb upon signal by emergency vehicle, passing a moving emergency vehicle using emergency signals, failure to reduce speed on narrow and winding road, motorcycle operator overtaking and passing vehicle in same lane, right turn from improper position, holder of non-commercial class C license driving vehicle not authorized by type of license and two speed-related charges.

Douglas Duane Jenkins Jr., 19, of the 100 block of North Marlyn Avenue, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Cory M. Furtado, 22, of the 100 block of Chase Street in North Dighton, Mass., was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana.

William Shannon Mathias, 29, of the 100 block of Rolling Road in Elkton, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Jacqueline Anne Taylor, 41, of the 6900 block of Dunmanway in Dundalk, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $1,000.

Michael Lee Chinea, 47, of the 4600 block of Centennieal Lane in Ellicott City, was charged Tuesday with unlawfully taking a motor vehicle and theft less than $1,000.

Sade Lynnette Wilson, 24, of the 700 block of North Grantley Street in Baltimore, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license and privilege were suspended and driving while her license was suspended.

Idelfonso Monrroy Piedra, 48, of the 1000 block of Quantril Way in Baltimore, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol.
