Police responded to reports of a crash at Beards Hill Road and Paradise Road at 3:21 p.m. on Monday, in which one man was taken to shock trauma for a potential head injury after his pick-up truck was struck by a tractor trailer.

Abingdon

Anthony D. Neuman, 20, of the first block of Porter Street, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Antonyo Renell Williams, 35, of the 4000 block of Timothy Drive, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, vandalism less than $500, resisting arrest and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Bradley Richard Kruger, 18, of the 3800 block of Easton Court, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and trespassing.

Dominic Mario Maurice Smith, 23, of the 3400 block of Clairbourne Way, was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree assault, possession of marijuana, trespassing, disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Leslie Jamison Blakely, 20, of the 3200 block of Rock Creek Court, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving while her license and privilege were suspended and failure to stop at a steady red signal.

Luke Alan Felsentreger, 31, of the 500 block of Eastview Terrace, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, failure to display two lighted front lamps when required, negligent driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving with expired license and speeding.

Bel Air

Carmen Vasquez, 39, of the first block of Dallam Avenue, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she charged with alcohol container in passenger area of vehicle.

Sean Julian Dickerson, 22, of the 100 block of Lester Way, was charged Saturday with driving while his registration was suspended and driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Kristen N. Engel, 23, of the 400 Harrison Court, was arrested last Wednesday on two bench warrants in cases in which she was charged with violating a protection order and charging another person's credit card more than $500, stealing another person's credit card, identity theft and theft scheme between $1,000 and $10,000.

Chantella J. Sanders, 20, of the first block of North Reed Street, was charged last Wednesday with reckless endangerment and two counts of second-degree assault.

Clifton T. Robinson Jr., 46, of the 1300 block of Roxboro Road in Rosedale, was charged Monday with theft less than $1,000.

Cynthia Lorraine Davis, 48, of the 500 block of North Glover Street in Baltimore, was charged Monday with theft less than $1,000.

Jeffrey D. France, 27, of the 1900 block of Steven Drive, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Todd E. Harris, 41, of the 1900 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Sunday with violating a protection order.

Dimitri Antonio Green, 19, of the 2200 block of Perry Avenue, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and trespassing.

Zachary Brian Foley, 23, of the 500 block of Candlewood Drive, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $1,000.

George Michael Finnerty III, 34, of the 200 block of Kennard Avenue, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Emmitt Lee Blevins III, 31, of the 1900 block of Melvin Drive, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with vandalism more than $500.

Robert Delarian Whitley, 31, of the 400 block of Laburnum Road, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Tyrone Howard, 24, of the 1100 block of Windy Branch Way, was charged Friday with reckless driving, negligent driving, attempting to elude uniformed police by failing to stop, driving while his license and privilege were revoked and speeding.

Luis Ramon Lora, 21, of the 300 block of Blackbird Court, was charged last Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Fallston

Christopher Fernando Mahns, 36, of the 100 block of Fallston Meadow Court, was charged Friday with unlawfully taking a motor vehicle, theft between $10,000 and $100,000 and unauthorized removal of property. Mahns was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and writing a check without sufficient funds for more than $500.

Forest Hill

Bryan Lee Heffner, 28, of the 200 block of Bynum Ridge Road, was charged Monday with second-degree assault and theft less than $1,000. He was also charged in a second case with second-degree assault.

David Allie Burbey, 67, of the 200 block of Marshall Drive, was charged Saturday with failure to obey a lawful police order, disturbing the peace and resisting or interfering with arrest.

Johnny Auston Peery Jr., 45, of the 2400 block of Dixie Lane, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Havre de Grace

James Allen Cockrell, 50, of the 700 block of St. James Terrace was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol or alcohol and drugs, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions and driving the wrong way on a one way street.

Havre de Grace police report:

Samuel Allen Bowlsbey Jr., 23, of the 100 block of South Tartan Drive in Elkton, was charged Sunday with being a fugitive fromPennsylvania.

Crystal Elaine Crouse, 22, of the 200 block of Seneca Avenue, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Edward Lamore Smith, 34, of the 300 block of Friendship Road in Elkton, was charged last Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Police responded to reports of vandalism on three wooden benches and wood under a walkway by the Promenade on Friday. Someone wrote in marker comments about the Mexican mafia, sexual expletives and drew a swastika on a light. The marks have all been painted over.

Police responded to reports of an 8-year-old boy on a bicycle being struck by a car on Blenheim Farm Lane on Saturday. The vehicle failed to stop and has not been identified. The boy suffered some abrasions and possible injuries to his foot, and was treated at the scene.

Jarrettsville

Charles Raymond Hitchcock Jr., 28, of the 1500 block of West Jarrettsville Road, was charged Thursday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Joppa

Jennifer Leann Goins, 32, of the 100 block of South Philadelphia Road, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with failure to stop after accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, failure to return and remain at scene of accident involving attended vehicle or property damage, failure of driver in accident to furnish required identification, failure of driver to stop after unattended damage, failure of driver in accident to locate and notify owner of unattended damage and knowingly giving false accident report information.

Michael Shook, 49, of the 600 block of Shore Drive, was charged last Wednesday with driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Kingsville

Tenecia Nicole Price, 24, of the 10000 block of Pfeffers Road, was charged last Wednesday with possession of marijuana.

Port Deposit

Port Deposit police report:

Employees of the Bainbridge Development Corporation reported July 1 a vehicle was inside the Tome School area of the property and people were running from a structure in an attempt to avoid identification. Police found the vehicle inside the gated compound. Investigation revealed that sometime during the night people associated with the vehicle forced their way through two locked gates and were attempting to harvest scrap metal from at least one of the structures. A number of tools were seized along with other property. The vehicle was impounded after attempts to notify the owner failed. A search warrant was obtained and executed on the vehicle and the investigation in ongoing.

Employees of the Bainbridge Development Corporation reported July 1 illegal dumping on their property. The matter is under investigation.

A caller in the area of Main Street reported July 1 juveniles were throwing marbles from a roof area of a building and into the street. The juveniles were identified, but no property was damaged.

A caller reported July 4 someone stole three bicycles worth about $370 out of their fenced driveway in the first block of North Main Street.

An officer recovered suspected narcotics during a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Main Street July 4 and charges are pending.

Police responded to the Rock Run Landing Park after receiving reports of a subject injured while igniting fireworks. Investigation revealed the adult attempted to launch a ground-based firework after inserting the device inside a plastic pipe. The pipe failed causing unknown minor injuries to the subject as well as some property damage. The Maryland State Fire Marshall's Office was notified and is continuing the investigation.

A caller in the 200 block of Rowland Drive reported July 6 a new associate had removed jewelry items worth about $500 out of the residence after being an invited guest for several nights.

Street

Harry Lee Thomas, 45, of the 3300 block of Conowingo Road, was arrested last Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended and driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Matthew Irvin Kern, 50, of the 3400 block of Grier Nursery Road, was charged last Wednesday with driving while his license and privilege were suspended, driving while his license and privilege were revoked, driving while driver or occupant under age 16 not restrained and speeding.

Christina Luree Moran, 28, of the 700 block of Carey Street in Baltimore, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $100.

Davon Maurice Montague, 24, of the 1600 block of Ruxton Avenue in Sparrows Point, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Ashley Lynn Ryckman, 25, of the 2100 block of Coralthorn Road in Baltimore, was charged Sunday with fishing without Chesapeake Bay license.

Michael Lee Chinea, 47, of the 4600 block of Centennial Lane in Ellicott City, was charged Sunday with three counts of unauthorized removal or property and three counts of theft less than $1,000.

Travis Christopher Clark, 39, of the 300 block of New Bridge Road in Rising Sun, was charged Sunday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Jaime L. Young, 46, of the 100 block of Woody Brown Road in Rising Sun, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with urinating in a public place.

James E. Brown, 47, of the 900 block of East Slocum Street in Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Todd Michael Boyko, 30, of the 700 block of West Kingsley Street in Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Misty Jones, 36, of the 1200 block of Fuselage Avenue in Middle River, was charged Saturday with theft less than $1,000.

Ralph Trapas, 26, of the 100 block of Fields Avenue in Staten Island, N.Y., was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and drug possession with intent to distribute.

Tara L. Osiecki, 30, of the 1800 block of Whittier Street in Rahway, N.J., was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and drug possession with the intent to distribute.

Kwantre L. Charles, 34, of the 600 block of Wilson Avenue in Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his out of state license was suspended.

Michael Hobbs, 48, of the first block of Fairview Boulevard in Hempstead, N.Y., was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and not wearing a seat belt.

Vuong Quoc Troung, 34, of the 5500 block of South Hampton Drive in Springfield, Va., was charged Thursday with second-degree escape.

Harrison, 34, of the 1300 block of Illinois Avenue in Bay Shore, N.Y., was arrested June 30 on three warrants in cases in which he was charged with driving while his license and privilege were suspended, driving while his license and privilege were suspended, fourth- degree burglary, theft more than $500 and vandalism less than $500.

Cheryl Lynne Cox, 49, of the first block of Clearview Avenue in North East, was arrested June 30 on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with drinking an alcoholic beverage in a retail area.
