Emory W. Appleby, 23, of the 2000 block of Armstrong Street in Edgewood, was indicted May 17 on charges of second-degree child abuse and second-degree assault.

William Christopher Correll, 26, of the first block of Mitchell Drive in Abingdon, was indicted May 17 on two counts of second-degree assault and one count of second-degree child abuse.

Anthony Leon Farris, 45, of the 800 block of Windstream Way in Edgewood, was indicted May 17 on charges of second-degree arson, conspiracy to commit arson, fraud by malicious burning, making a false statement to a police officer and providing false or misleading information more than $300.

Keith Maurice Henderson, 20, of the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive in Edgewood, was indicted May 17 on charges of drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession.

James Michael Justh Jr., 28, of the 200 block of Crocker Drive in Bel Air, was indicted May 17 on two counts of distributing drugs and one count of drug possession with intent to distribute.

Marco Robert Preiner, 19, of the 1300 block of Ipswich Drive in Bel Air, was indicted May 17 on charges of drug possession with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Douglas Egerton Sargeant, 38, of the 300 block of McCann Street in Edgewood, was indicted May 17 on charges of drug possession with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Steven Scott Strouth, 49, of the 1000 block of Searay Court in Abingdon, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was indicted May 17 on charges of first- and second-degree assault and vandalism more than $500.

David Hall Wartman, 45, of the 1900 block of Fletcher Road in Aberdeen, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was indicted May 17 on charges of first- and second-degree assault and kidnapping.
