Torry Lee Willis, 18, of the 1500 block of Old Philadelphia Road, was charged May 17 with second-degree assault, attempted theft less than $100 and a school charge. A charge of robbery was dismissed. Willis allegedly tried to get money out of a fellow Aberdeen High School student's pockets while inside the school May 4, according to charging documents.

Leslie A. Okeeffe, 52, of the 2900 block of Ruskin Court, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with alcohol in blood in violation of restricted license, violating a license restriction, driver consuming alcohol in passenger area of vehicle on highway, negligent driving, reckless driving, following vehicle too closely, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol. She was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dominic R. Agostini, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and theft scheme less than $1,000.
Joshua Matthew Scarborough, 24, of the 1300 block of Merry Hill Court, was charged Wednesday with drug possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana and a drug other than marijuana and distribution of drug paraphernalia.
On May 24 two students at Harford Technical High School in the 200 block of Thomas Run Road were in an argument in the girls locker. One student allegedly hit the other student in the face and gave her a bloody nose after the other student had hit her, according to the police report. Charges of second-degree assault and disrupting school operations were referred to the Department of Juvenile Justice for each girl.
