Melanie Brooke Burns, 29, of the 100 block of Alton Street, was charged Saturday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driivng with alcohol in blood in violation of restriction, driving while her license and privilege were revoked, failure to display registration card on demand, failure to display license on demand, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions and failure to make required stop at signal, sign or pavement mark.

Jairo Cesar Banegas-Salgado, 33, of the 100 block of Stevens Street, was charged Wednesday with failure to display license on demand, failure to display registration card on demand, driving without required license and authorization and driving while operator or occupant under age 16 was not restrained by seatbelt

Aberdeen Police report:

Brandon Grafton, 22, of the 8000 block of Keeton Road in Elkridge, was charged Sunday with theft less than $100.

Robert Edwin Dunlap, 31, of the first block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Dana Fred Hanna, 32, of the 400 block of Abbey Circle Drive, was charged Friday with resisting or interfering with arrest, failure of driver in accident to notify owner of unattended damage, failure to stop after unattended damage accident, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
