Aberdeen

Someone was smacked in the face by a juvenile Tuesday in the 300 block of Mayberry Drive.

Aberdeen Police report:

Rosian Marin Hillis, 32, who has an address in Dundalk, was charged Monday with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana and one count of fraud to avoid prosecution. She was also arrested for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with two counts of drug possession other than marijuana and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua M. Marsee, 27, of the 100 block of Riddle Drive, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

A man was looking into vehicles in the parking lot Tuesday at the MARC train station in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue.

A basement in the first block of Franklin Street was broken into Tuesday and tools were stolen.

Juveniles were refusing to move Tuesday from the middle of Church Green Road.

Unsupervised juveniles took baby rabbits into a home in the first block of Taft Street Tuesday.

A vehicle was blocking the handicap ramp Tuesday in the first block of Taft Street.

Juveniles were sitting in the middle of the 700 block of Custis Street Wednesday.

A vehicle was damaged Wednesday in the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

Ryan Khiry Jackson, 26, of the 1100 block of Splashing Brook Drive, was arrested Monday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol.

A fox walking in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard did not look healthy Monday.

A purse was stolen Tuesday from the 100 block of Walter Ward Boulevard.

Someone was throwing poles across the 2900 block of Emmorton Road Tuesday.

A homeless man was getting high in a tow truck Wednesday on Harford Town Drive.

A vehicle in the 2600 block of Parallel Path was broken into overnight Tuesday.

A car window was shattered and a purse was stolen Wednesday in the 2600 block of Laurel Bush Road.

A purse was stolen from a car overnight Tuesday in the 400 block of Abbey Circle.

Baldwin

Someone was burning Tuesday in the 2700 block of Hunting Ridge Court.

Bel Air

Anna O. Forster, 24, who has addresses in the 900 block of Redfield Road and in the 400 block of Moores Mill Road, was charged Monday with two counts of drug possession other than marijuana and one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and drug administration equipment.

Johnny Bolden, 58, of the 2700 block of Forge Hill Road, was charged Tuesday with first- and second-degree assault, possession of a deadly weapon with intent to injure, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of concealing a deadly weapon.

Gregory Paul Sobieski, 32, of the 400 block of Moores Mill Road, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of driving while impaired by alcohol.

A license plate was stolen Monday off a trailer in the 2000 block of Ruffs Mill Road and off a vehicle in the 100 block of Meadow Road.

A vehicle in the 4200 block of Philadelphia Road was vandalized Monday.

A cat was stuck in a wheel well Tuesday at Three Acre Lane and Jackson Boulevard North.

Someone went through a vehicle Tuesday in the 100 block of Royal Oak Drive.

A man crossing the Bel Air Bypass near Conowingo Road was yelling and screaming at people Tuesday.

A wallet was stolen Tuesday in the 600 block of Kildonan Court.

Juwonn Isaiah Wallace, 20, of the 1000 block of Lakefront Drive, was arrested Monday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $1,000 and theft scheme less than $1,000.

Walter Warren Ryan V, 28, of the 1800 block of Eloise Lane, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

A vehicle was stolen Monday from the 1700 block of Edgewood Road.

Trash was being dumped illegally Monday in the 1300 block of Clover Valley Way.

Guinea pigs were abandoned Monday, left on a doorstep in the 2800 block of Pulaski Highway.

Items were stolen Monday from the 1500 block of Edgewood Road.

A home in the 1700 block of Dearwood Court was broken into while the resident was on vacation, she reported Monday. A vehicle was also damaged.

Children opened a fire hydrant Monday on Harrpark Court.

Tires were slashed Tuesday on a vehicle in the 500 block of Jamestown Court.

People were pestering customers going in and out of a store Tuesday in the 1900 block of Pulaski Highway.

Fallston

Leslie G. Smith-Andrews, 44, of the 300 block of Tufton Circle, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Sandra Jean Peters, 68, of the 300 block of Lennox Drive, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Forest Hill

Someone drove over a mailbox Monday in the 1700 block of Baldwin Mill Road and drove away.

People in an abandoned house Monday in the 2200 block of Rock Spring Road were breaking things.

Havre de Grace

A county vehicle was damaged Tuesday in the 2000 block of Pulaski Highway.

A caller at Old Robin Hood and Robin Hood roads told police Tuesday he was unsure if he saw a body or dummy lying on a back porch.

The front door of a house in the 1500 block of Bayview Drive that was secured when the caller had left, was open Tuesday.

Havre de Grace Police report:

A tire on a bike, valued at $50, was stolen Tuesday in the 600 block of Pennington Avenue.

Medications, valued at $5, were stolen Tuesday from the 600 block of Bourbon Street.

A wallet was stolen Tuesday from the 500 block of North Adams Street.

Two screw guns and a circular saw were stolen Wednesday from a job site in the 400 block of Green Street.

A caller reported his cell phone was broken when an unknown person walked by him and pushed him into the bushes Wednesday in the 400 block of South Juniata Street.

Brandon Richie Johns, 29, of the 700 block of Oak Road, was arrested Monday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and eluding police on foot.

Fliers advertising "sexual favors" were posted Monday in multiple buildings in the 600 block of Towne Center Drive.

A mailbox was damaged Monday in the 100 block of Magnolia Road.

Someone was trying to break into homes Tuesday in the 300 block of Adair Court.

Someone riding an ATV down Joppa Farm Road near Still Meadow Drive Tuesday.

Street

Stephen Peter Carkhuff, 34, of the 4500 block of Oak Ridge Circle who also has an address in Londonderry, N.H., was arrested Monday for allegedly violating his probation in a 2008 case in which he was guilty of vandalism more than $500 and trespassing.

David Allen Walker, of the 1500 block of Arena Road, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation in two cases in which he was guilty of driving while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance.

Joann Marne Arnold, 25, of the 900 block of Coen Road, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug other than marijuana. She was charged Sunday with driving while her registration was suspended.

Mark Adam Holmes, 34, of the first block of Leedom Road in Elkton, was arrested Monday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of second-degree assault.

Vincent Bailey, 25, of the first block of Spicewood Court in Essex, was arrested Monday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of theft less than $100.

Bradley Jason McMinn, 47, of Atlanta, Ga., was arrested Tuesday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Latisha Kamica Wood, 36, of the 600 block of Raywell Avenue in Union Bridge, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a lawful police order and trespassing.

Matthew Scott Warnick, 23, of the first bloc of West McKinley Road in Delta, Pa., was charged Wednesday with drug possession other than marijuana, driving while his license and his registration were suspended, driving without the required license and authorization and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Walter Hein Jr., 41, of the 1200 block of Tembrook Road in Odenton, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol and by a controlled dangerous substance, driving while so far impaired by drugs and/or alcohol he can't drive safe and reckless driving.
