Recent reports of arrests and neighborhood incidents from police agencies serving Harford County.

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police reports:

Aberdeen

Items were stolen last Wednesday from a rental box on Forest Green Road.

A window in a house in the 1300 block of North Stepney Road was shattered last Wednesday.

Items were reported stolen last Wednesday from a coat pocket in the 4600 block of Mercedes Drive.

Aberdeen Police reports:

Keith Edward Summerfield, 34, of the 1200 block of Brass Mill Road in Belcamp, was charged last Wednesday with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary of a store, fourth-degree burglary theft and theft 4100 to $1,500.

Donald Allen Kitner, 53, who has addresses in the 100 block of Hanover Street and the first block of Valley Bottom Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

A man reported Friday that a homeless man had been sleeping in a front loader near a building in the 600 block of Old Philadelphia Road.

A fence was broken Friday in the 100 block of Darlington Avenue.

A phone was stolen Friday from a vehicle in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Vandalism was reported Sunday in the first block of North Post Road.

A disability debit card was reported stolen Sunday from the first block of Roosevelt Avenue.

A juvenile was wandering around a bar without supervision Monday in the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

Abingdon

Recochali Roadrunner, 42, of the 3100 block of Ashton Court, was charged Sunday with firearms access by minors and reckless endangerment.

Glass was shattered to a front door of a house in the 200 block of Wood Valley Court last Wednesday.

A theft was reported Thursday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

A customer was putting merchandise in her purse Thursday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

Items were missing Sunday from a home in the 3300 block of Abingdon Road.

Baldwin

The lower receiver for an AR-15 was missing Friday from the 2900 block of Placid Drive.

Bel Air

David Francis Grubowski, 49, of the 1000 block of Saddleback Way, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

A theft was reported last Wednesday in the 1600 block of Stone Ridge Way.

A juvenile shoplifter was in custody Thursday on Bel Air South Parkway.

A child’s medications were stolen Thursday from the 500 block of West Ring Factory Road.

A package was reported stolen Saturday from the 300 block of Amore Lane.

An Apple watch was reported stolen Sunday in the 700 block of Deep Ridge Road.

Construction equipment was stolen Sunday from the 1400 block of Wabash Drive.

A home in the 200 block of West Riding Drive was broken into Monday.

Bel Air Police reports:

Vandalism was reported Friday on Moores Mill Road and the first block of South Main Street.

Thefts were reported in the 200 block of Baltimore Pike on Friday and in the 500 block of Marketplace Drive on Monday.

Belcamp

Marcus Allen Rooths, 26, of the 4200 block of Goodson Court, was arrested Sunday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of second-degree assault.

Juveniles were trying to steal packages from an apartment building last Wednesday in the 1300 block of Liriope Court.

A vehicle was vandalized Sunday in the 300 block of Merlin Drive.

Edgewood

Antoine Dante Burton, 43, of the 800 block of Angel Valley Court, was charged last Wednesday with first-, third- and fourth-degree burglary, theft $1,500 to $25,000 and vandalism less than $1,000.Two license plates were stolen last Wednesday from the 100 block of Crown Circle.

Raymond Latrell King, 22, of the 900 block of Pirates Court, was arrested last Wednesday for allegedly violating his probation in two cases, one in which he was guilty of fraud to avoid prosecution and one in which he was guilty of theft less than $1,000.

Jamal C. Bennett, 23, of the 1700 block of Harford Square Drive, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Sean Edward White, 20, of the 2400 block of Starr Street who also has an address in the 300 block of Adair Court in Joppa, was arrested Thursday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of trespassing.

Walter Warren Ryan, 29, of the 1800 block of Eloise Lane, was charged Friday with second- and fourth-degree burglary and vandalism less than $1,000.

Tavon Cheatham, 37, of the 1300 block of Goldmeadow Way, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Michael H. Shunk, 22, of the 1600 block of Swallow Crest Drive, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and false imprisonment.

Steve Peter Xanthos, 71, of the 1100 block of Shady Drive, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Alicia Nicole McCoy, 33, of the 900 block of Topview Drive, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault and violating an ex parte order.

Elvira Hannelore Colameco, 76, of the 1900 block of Chipper Drive, was charged Sunday with telephone misuse by making repeat phone calls.

A purse found on West Shore Drive last Wednesday contained a syringe cap and straws.

A phone was stolen last Wednesday from the 2000 block of Rockwell Street.

Squatters were in a house last Wednesday in the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way.

A vehicle in the 500 block of Crownwood Court was vandalized last Wednesday.

A man was sleeping Thursday in a store in the 1900 block of Pulaski Highway.

Someone tried to pry open a gas tank on a vehicle Thursday in the 1900 block of Chipper Drive.

A house in the 700 block of Monticello Court was broken into Thursday.

Headphones were stolen Friday from the 700 block of Clover Valley Court.

A transporter license plate was stolen Saturday from Reeds Run Road.

A homeless person was sleeping in the hallway Sunday in the 100 block of Jacob Street.

Fallston

A garage in the 2000 block of Durham Road was broken into last Wednesday.

Pills were found Sunday in a bag in the bathroom in the 200 block of Connolly Road.

Vandalism was reported Sunday in the 800 block of Exton Road.

Forest Hill

Brake lines were cut Thursday on a vehicle on Penn National Court.

A home in the 1700 block of Grafton Shop Road was vandalized Saturday.

Havre de Grace

Daniel Tipton, 35, of the first block of Locust Street, was charged Friday with second-degree assault and false imprisonment.

Evelyn Mae Brieza, 47, of the 700 block of Ontario Street, was charged Sunday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Laquita Lashae Smith, 30, of the 2300 block of Old Post Road, was charged Sunday with two counts each of attempted second-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment in connection with an incident Jan. 20.

Brandis Nichole Gibson, 36, of the 2200 block of Williams Drive, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Building materials were stolen Sunday from a yard in the 2100 block of Pulaski Highway.

Havre de Grace Police reports:

Jason Stotler, 30, of the first block of Brookside Drive in Perryville, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault. He was refusing to leave a home, per the resident’s request, and when police arrived Stotler allegedly threw a cup of coffee at an officer.

Joseph Daniel Parrish, 26, of the 200 block of Schmechel Street in Havre de Grace, was charged Monday with robbery, second-degree assault and drug possession other than marijuana. He and another person got into an argument Monday in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway and Parrish allegedly stole $300 cash from the other person, city police said.

Jarrettsville

A door to a shed in the 1900 block of DeVoe Court was pried open last Wednesday.

Joppa

Tahlene Sosi Nargiz, 38, of the 300 block of Burnside Court, was charged last Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Monica Catherine Boesch, 19, of the 500 block of Garnett Street, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Items were stolen last Wednesday from a vehicle in the 1100 block of Megg Court.

Grounding cables were reported stolen last Wednesday from the 1400 block of Old Mountain Road.

Someone drove a vehicle through the sports fields last Wednesday in the 200 block of Fort Hoyle Road.

A house in the 800 block of Philadelphia Road was broken into Friday and copper wires were stolen.

A mailbox in the 800 block of Stiles Court was smashed overnight Friday.

Items were stolen Saturday from vehicles on a lot in the 1200 block of Old Mountain Road.

Cars in the 1100 block of Janice Court were being broken into Sunday.

Street

Kelly Shannon Holcomb, 44, of the 3200 block of Ady Road, was charged last Wednesday with trespassing, failure to obey a lawful police order and resisting arrest.

Items were stolen Sunday from a garage in the 1300 block of Whiteford Road.

Other reports

Clarence Steven Jr., 26, of the 3800 block of Huntington Avenue in Curtis Bay, was charged last Wednesday with driving while his license was suspended and revoked.

Travis Edward Scott, 40, of Coatesville, Pa., was arrested Thursday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with speeding and driving while his license was suspended.

Darren L. Johnson, 42, of the 3500 block of East Baltimore Street in Baltimore, was arrested Thursday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with drug possession other than marijuana.

Lamonte Branch, 34, of the 5500 block of Price Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested Friday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guiltiy of driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

Kylon Robert Elwood, 21, of the 19800 block of Valley Mill Road in Freeland, was charged Sunday with possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana.
