Baltimore schools CEO Santelises orders shake-up of principals

In the coming school year, 16 Baltimore City traditional schools will have new principals. Twelve principals will leave the district altogether. Principal Nikkia Rowe from Renaissance Academy High school will be replaced by Tammatha Woodhouse of Excel Academy.
