Girlfriend arrested in Halethorpe man's death

Baltimore County police on Friday arrested the girlfriend of a Halethorpe man who was found dead in a vacant home in Baltimore last week.

Renee Delores Evans, 50, of the 5600 block of Southwestern Boulevard, is charged in the death of her boyfriend, 49-year-old Brian Michael Reiser.

Police previously charged Kevin Brooks Pendergraph, 31, Roy Bernard Munson, 18, and Eric Patrick Henry, 37 in Reiser's death.

Police have not identified a motive in the killing or how the three other suspects knew Evans or Reiser, a self-employed carpenter.

Reiser's body was found in a vacant home in the 200 block of Collins Ave. in southwest Baltimore, after his mother became concerned and called police on June 19, according to charging documents.

Henry and Munson told detectives how they attacked Reiser inside the bedroom of his home, and cut him with a box cutter on June 17, the document said. Henry told detectives that all three men left in Reiser's 2002 Ford F-250 and returned to his home the next day to dispose of Reiser's body.

Evans does not have criminal record, according to online court records.

Anyone with information on Evans is asked to call police at 410-307-2020.
