Two men in their twenties were reported injured in separate Baltimore shootings early Saturday, according to city police. Another man was also found shot Saturday afternoon.
The first incident took place in the 1500 block of Rutland Ave. in the city's Broadway East neighborhood, police said. Officers went to a local hospital around 1:20 a.m. where they met a 22-year-old man who had been shot in the shoulder and said he had been involved in a dispute with another person before the attack, according to police.
The second shooting happened less than a hour later in the 200 block of N. Rock Glen Road on the edge of the city's Ten Hills and Westgate neighborhoods, police said. Officers arrived and found a 25-year-old man who had been shot in the face during what he said was a robbery by two people, according to police.
The third man was found shot multiple times about 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of Rosedale Street near Gwynns Falls Parkway in the Walbrook section of Northwest Baltimore. A police spokesman said that because of the severity of the victim's injuries, a decision was made to summon homicide detectives.
