51 year-old man killed in Northwest Baltimore shooting identified

Baltimore police on Tuesday identified a 51-year-old man who was killed in a shooting Monday that also injured two others.

Police said Winfield Parker of Baltimore died after he was shot around 11 a.m. in the 5200 block of Fairlawn Avenue in Northwest Baltimore.

Police said a 26-year-old woman was shot in the upper and lower body and a 27-year-old man was shot in the leg.

Parker is the city’s 303, homicide victim, and the 28th homicide victim over 50.

The shooting happened outside the garage of KB Tour & Travel Inc. Police said they do not believe the attack was random.
