Baltimore police identify recent homicide victims gunned down in city

Baltimore police on Monday identified several men who were killed in bursts of gunfire in the city in recent days.

Howard Frazier, 37, of the 1800 block of McHenry St. in Carrollton Ridge in Southwest Baltimore, was fatally shot in the 400 block of Pulaski St., in the same neighborhood, on Dec.12.

Martrell Harris, 21, for whom police did not have an address, was fatally shot in the 4500 block of Reisterstown Rd., in the Lucille Park area of Northwest Baltimore, on Thursday.

Sion Matthews, 25, of the 4800 block of Atlas Cedar Way in Aberdeen, was fatally shot in the 4300 block of Shamrock Ave. in the Belair-Edison neighborhood of Northeast Baltimore on Friday.

Through Monday, there had been 331 homicides in Baltimore in 2017.
