Baltimore police investigate homicides in Waverly, Walbrook

Baltimore police say two men were killed in shootings Tuesday night – one in Waverly, one in Walbrook.

Baltimore police say two men were killed in shootings Tuesday night, including a 26-year-old man who was fatally shot in Waverly.

Officers were called at 11:45 p.m. to the 3400 block of Old York Road where they found the man who had been shot in the head. Medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

Officers searched the area but did not find a suspect.

Earlier Tuesday night, police were called to another homicide in the 3000 block of Elgin Ave. in the West Baltimore community of Walbrook. The male victim had been shot multiple times, and was taken to the hospital where he died. Police have not yet released his name or age.

Officers also responded to another shooting Tuesday night in the 3100 block of W. North Ave. where they found a 30-year-old man who had been shot multiple times. His condition was not released.

A third man shot in his ankle arrived at a hospital Tuesday evening.
