Shelter Systems donates to cancer center

During the month of October, Shelter Systems, headquartered in Westminster, purchased pink work shirts for all employees. Through employee donations and company match, Shelter Systems was able to send $1,500 to the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins. The company manufactures wood structural building components and has 150 employees. With a regional market that extends throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, Shelter Systems provides builders with roof trusses and open web floor trusses, in addition to the distribution of engineered wood products.
