Rippeon receives grant for classroom technology

Michelle Rippeon, a pre-K teacher at St. James' Nursery School, in Mount Airy, won a grant to receive a free Promethean ActivPanel installed in her classroom, after a submitted video was selected by the Promethean World Company. The school will have smart board technology installed in the other Preschool 3's and Pre-K classrooms. These interactive boards can be utilized by teaching staff to enhance whole and small group instruction and to streamline and update Circle Time content.
