A four-vehicle accident on Littlestown Pike (Md. 97) at Meadow Branch Road caused significant traffic delays during rush hour Wednesday evening, police said.
Sgt. John McGee of the Maryland State Police said the four-car collision occurred around 3:25 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7.
Three vehicles were towed and one person was transported to Carroll Hospital with injuries that weren’t life-threatening, McGee said.
All roads were reopened as of 3:57 p.m., he said.
Traffic, however, remained heavy as of 5 p.m.
