Several downtown Baltimore streets, including Pratt Street by the Inner Harbor, will be closed for several hours Saturday for a procession marking the 150th anniversary of the Civil War.
The procession is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. at Fleet Street and Central Avenue, near Harbor East, and will proceed west on Fleet Street, north on President Street, west on Pratt Street, south on Eutaw Street and onto Camden Street.
Central Avenue from Lancaster Street to Eastern Avenue, and Camden Street from Howard to Paca streets, will be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Pratt Street from Paca to President streets, and President Street from Pratt to Aliceanna streets, will be closed from 10:45 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Parking will be prohibited along the parade route from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Charm City Circulator will alter its route from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The free bus will run along Baltimore Street, and temporary stops will be marked. For more details of the bus route, go to charmcitycirculator.com.
