The following is compiled from police reports from the Towson and Cockeysville precincts. Our policy is to include descriptions when there is enough information to make identification possible.

Towson

700 block of York Road, Sept. 1, between 8 a.m. and 6:20 p.m. Cash, computer, electronics, jewelry, safe, TV among items stolen from apartment. Condiments used to write derogatory comments on floor and counter tops. Entry likely gained by using key found when victim's car was broken into several days earlier.

7300 block of Yorktowne Drive, between 11 p.m. Aug. 31 and 6:30 a.m. Sept. 1. Honda generator, Echo PB backpack blower, Craftsman weed eater, Echo chain saw, women's trek bike, propane tank stolen from shed.

7100 block of York Road, between 6 p.m. Aug. 31 and 5:30 a.m. Sept. 1. White, 2010 Volvo S90 with Maryland tags 35097CD and rack on top stolen after vehicle was left unlocked with keys in ignition.

6000 block of Falls Road, between 9 p.m. Aug. 30 and 7 a.m. Aug. 31. White, 2004 Honda Accord with Pennsylvania tags FXB92112 stolen using key found in another of victim's vehicles, which was unlocked. Stolen car has side mirror held together with duct tape.

Unit block of Mustone Court, between 2 p.m. Aug. 16 and 6:39 p.m. Aug. 31. TV among items stolen from apartment. Entry gained though side window.

Unit block of Stonewain Court, Aug. 30, between 1:15 and 1:21 a.m. Man struck in head with baseball bat and punched in face several times by unknown assailant while trying to break up fight involving his friends.

Lutherville

800 block of Kellogg Road, Aug. 30, between 11 a.m. and 7:56 p.m. Unknown items stolen while resident was on vacation.

Cockeysville

1110 block of York Road, between 4:30 p.m. June 10, 2008 and noon Jan. 17, 2015. Dark cherry headboard stolen from storage unit at Extra Space Storage. Victim noticed it missing in January but police recently told her she needed to file police report to prove theft claim.

800 block of Staffordshire Road, between 6:30 p.m. Aug. 31 and 9:45 p.m. Sept. 2. Someone tried to break into residence. Nothing reported stolen.

900 block of Coteswood Circle, Aug. 30, between 2 and 2:30 a.m. Residence broken into. Nothing reported stolen.
