Three men charged in connection with Windsor Mill shooting

Baltimore County Police have charged three men in connection with an August 19 shooting in Windsor Mill, according to a statement issued Tuesday,. 

Randall Ga-Juan Michael Joseph, 18, of the 4800 block of Laurel Avenue of Gwynn Oak, Frank James Blackwell, 21, of the 500 block of Decker Avenue in Baltimore City and Coron Demon Johnson Jr., 20, of the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Baltimore City have been charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, armed robbery and firearm use, police said.

They are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center, police said.

Two brothers were walking along Elesmere Drive near Tudsbury Road at approximately 1:45 a.m. when they were confronted by the men, police said.

Police said the men displayed a handgun and robbed the brothers of their cell phones. According to police, the brothers then ran and one, a 33-year-old, was shot.

The man was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-lie-threatening injuries, police said.

Police said the shooting is under investigation by the department's Violent Crimes Unit.
