Man assaulted in Towson by pair as he walks home [Towson Crime Log]

The following is compiled from police reports from the Towson and Cockeysville precincts. Our policy is to include descriptions when there is enough information to make identification possible.

A man was assaulted and robbed by two men as he walked home Friday night, police reports state. At about 10 p.m. two men approached the man in the 600 block of Walker Avenue, and one of the assailants grabbed the man around the neck and forced him to the ground, police said. The second assailant then stole cash and a paycheck from the man's pocket, and the two then fled, police report.


Falls Road, 6000 block, at 5:20 a.m. March 9. Two men entered Royal Farms store while employee was putting money in safe, pointed handgun at employees, stole money.

Acorn Circle, unit block, between 12:01 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. March 7. Homeless person entered, slept in laundry room at Courthouse Square Apartments.


Evans Avenue, unit block, between 12 p.m. Feb. 18 and 11:20 a.m. March 5. Person stole oven from house.
