Macbooks stolen from several offices in Mount Washington Mill Business Center.

Belvedere Avenue (East)

400 block at 11:30 p.m. Oct. 12. Cafe Zen broken into, but owner was there and chased assailant away.

Charles Street (North)

2400 block at 12:34 p.m. Oct. 11. Dewalt grinder stolen from vehicle.

5100 block, between 9:15 and 10:20 a.m. Oct. 12. Power tools stolen from vehicle.

Cold Spring Lane (West)

2200 block, between 10:30 p.m. Oct. 17 and 1:30 a.m. Oct. 18. Silver, 2004 Ford Explorer with Maryland tags 156M636 stolen.

Falls Road

4300 block at 2:05 p.m. Oct. 12. Two assailants tried to rob resident at gunpoint and hit him on head with gun when he said he had no money. He gave them a dollar and they fled.

6000 block, between 7 p.m. Oct. 11 and 10:40 a.m. Oct. 12. Silver Mac Pro Notebook stolen from vehicle.

6000 block, between 1 p.m. Oct. 11 and 11:30 a.m. Oct. 12. Cash stolen from vehicle.

Greenmount Avenue

2800 block at 11:40 a.m. Oct. 12. Cash register drawer stolen from J&M Dry Cleaners at knifepoint, but fleeing assailant dropped drawer when employees gave chase.

Harwood Avenue

600 block, between 4:40 and 6:40 p.m. Oct. 11. White, 2008 Suzuki Forenza with Maryland tags 9BL5287 stolen.

Huntingdon Avenue

2200 block at 11:39 p.m. Oct. 17. Pedestrian forced at knifepoint to withdraw money from ATM bank machine at BP gas station on Howard Street.

Kipling Court

5800 block at 10:48 a.m. Oct. 14. Trek bicycle, Dell laptop, black bag stolen from residence. Entry gained by kicking in back door.

Loyola Southway

2500 block, between 8 and 11 a.m. Oct. 13. Blue, 2005 Toyota Camry with Maryland tags 5BX9535 stolen.

McCabe Avenue

500 block, between 5 p.m. Oct. 15 and 8 a.m. Oct. 16. Stolen blue, 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe with Maryland tags 7AY5097 recovered in 900 block of Beaumont Avenue.

Old York Road

3600 block, between 4 and 9 p.m. Oct. 11. 18-inch speaker, black laptop, Playstation 3 with controllers, PS3 games stolen from residence. Entry gained through casement door.

Ready Avenue

5600 block, between 9 p.m. Oct. 12 and 8:15 a.m. Oct. 13. Gold jewelry, Xbox 360 stolen from residence. Entry gained by breaking glass panel on rear door.

Rockspring Road

5700 block at 3:50 a.m. Oct. 16. Someone entered unlocked vehicle, but nothing reported stolen.

Smith Avenue

1300 block, between 1 and 5:52 p.m. Oct 17. Macbooks stolen from several offices in Mount Washington Mill Business Center.

St. Albans Way

5300 block, between 5:30 and 7:45 a.m. Oct. 17. 2014 BMW with Maryland tags 6BC1872 stolen after someone broke into residence through unlocked kitchen door ands took car keys and phones.

St. Paul Street

3700 block, between noon Oct. 16 and 6 p.m. Oct. 17. Garmin GPS stolen.

Union Avenue

1600 block at 1:20 a.m. Oct. 16. Suspect arrested after snatching cash, keys, wallet from victim's hand.

University Parkway (West)

600 block, between 10 p.m. Oct. 12 and 9 a.m. Oct. 13. Stolen red, 2013 Hyundai Genesis with Maryland tags 1BT0298 recovered.

Yellowwood Avenue

4800 block, between 8 and 9:30 p.m. Oct. 11. Black Ray-Ban sunglasses stolen from vehicle.

1000 block at 3:21 a.m. Oct. 12. Unlocked vehicle ransacked. Nothing reported stolen.

York Road

5000 block at 3:55 p.m. Oct. 17. Purse containing cash snatched by pedestrian, who fled eastbound on Winston Avenue.

4300 block, between 6:30 p.m. Oct. 14 and 6:30 p.m. Oct. 16. TV, camcorder, camera, stereo, computers, briefcase, shoes, CDS stolen from storage shed.

26th Street (West)

100 block, between 11:45 a.m. Oct. 14 and 1:20 a.m. Oct. 15. Two GPS devices stolen from vehicle.

36th Street (West)

800 block, between 11:20 p.m. Oct. 17 and 8:45 a.m. Oct. 18. Safelite safe stolen from Dangerously Delicious Pies. Entry gained by pushing in air conditioning unit in rear window.

41st Street (West)

1100 block at 12:05 a.m. Oct. 13. Three cases of cigarette lighters stolen from Royal Farms store by man who was chatting with employee until employee walked away.

1300 block, between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Oct. 14. Maryland tag 8W4594 stolen from 2001 Volkswagen Jetta 2S.

1300 block at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 14. Squatter in vacant, unlocked dwelling arrested.

2000 block, between 3:30 and 3:45 p.m. Oct. 16. Motorcycle frame stolen from rear of Sisson Street Automotive.
