Woman remains critical after fatal Fulton Ave. crash

The condition of a woman involved in a four-car crash in West Baltimore Sunday did not improve after surgery the day of the pile-up and she remains in critical condition, police said.

Det. Brandon Echevarria said a two-year-old girl who was riding in the same Mercury Grand Marquis suffered a spinal injury that will have to be evaluated by doctors in six-to-eight weeks. Her father, Tevin Ridgely Hall, 26, was killed in the collision.

The crash happened shortly before noon Sunday in the 1400 block of N. Fulton Ave after a Green Acura struck the Mercury, according to police. Two other cars were also involved, police said, and everyone riding in them who needed treatment has been released from the hospital.

The driver of the Acura and his male passenger have also been treated. One suffered a broken shoulder and broken finger, while the other had a chest injury, Echevarria said.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation and no charges have been filed, Echevarria said.
