Baltimore police seek 18-year-old man in Darley Ave. death

Baltimore police have identified 18-year-old Ottus Maximum Savoy as a suspect in the shooting death Monday of a man near Clifton Park.

Shortly after 11 p.m. police received a report of a shooting in the 1600 block of Darley Ave. Sean Eames, 24, had been shot several times in the torso and died at Johns Hopkins Hospital, police said.

Homicide detectives have identified Savoy as the person responsible for Eames' death and are seeking the public's help in locating him, police said.

Police have asked any member of the public who sees Savoy not to approach him and to call 911 with his location and a description of his clothing.

Savoy, who lived in West Baltimore in the 600 block of S. Smallwood St., was found guilty of first-degree assault in 2008, according to court records. He received a 15-year sentence — five years of probation and 10 years suspended.

The records from his prior conviction describe Savoy as just over 6 feet tall and about 145 pounds.

Police ask anyone with information on Savoy's location to call Metro CrimeStoppers at 1-877-7LOCKUP.
