Non-potable water tank

Tammy Manning and husband Matthew Manning are pictured outside their Franklin Township, Pa., home next to a non-potable water tank, inside the plywood structure, installed by a natural gas drilling company. Their well water was contaminated by high level of methane they believe resulted when the oil and gas company drilled for natural gas using horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing (aka fracking) methods in the Marcellus Shale Formation.
